1What We Do

With 6 parks, 160 rides and attractions, over 400 restaurants and food outlets, and an average count of around 53,000 visitors per day to Magic Kingdom alone, it is essential to plan ahead to get the best out for your time at Walt Disney World. No one wants to spend their precious holiday time standing in queues! Added to that, with all the confusing planning tips guests are given in advance: talk of ADRs, Magic Bands, DDPs, Genie+, etc, looking forward to going can fast become overwhelming!

We can take the hours of research and planning away by offering you detailed tailor made itineraries for your stay, taking into account your family’s needs, desires, likes and dislikes.

We will suggest which parks you may wish to visit on which days, to avoid the biggest crowds and also advise on the best time of day to head to the parks (and when you should be sitting by the pool recharging!). Perhaps you’re visiting with extended family? We can ensure everyone’s needs are taken into account, from the youngest to the eldest member of your party, so everyone gets to have fun.

Visiting Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay or other amazing Orlando attractions? With our wealth of knowledge and experience, we’ll fully plan and provide guidance for these days too.

Is Planning Ahead Really Necessary?

All sounds too organised for you? Prefer not to have your holiday planned in advance? We understand, compared to usual holidays this may feel too regimented. However, having experienced Disney World both with and without advance planning, we really would urge you to put some thought into looking ahead. Plans can change, nothing is set in stone, and there will be plenty of opportunity for spontaneity, but having an itinerary ahead of time really does make the difference between a frustrating holiday spent dealing with heat, crowds and lines, and one where you feel like a VIP! Planning ahead now will give you the opportunity to really relax on holiday and get the most out of every day.

Dining

Whether you have Disney Dining Credits or not, we can suggest and make reservations for great restaurants to visit, within the parks, Disney Springs or at the Disney hotels. You don’t have to be a hotel guest to visit the hotel restaurants, and they’re often an amazing experience, offering something very special in a more relaxed environment.

Character Experiences

Visiting with Disney Character fans? Whether you are looking to shake hands with Mickey himself, take tea with a Disney Princess, or bounce around with Tigger, we can help you find the best Character meals for you, so you can relax and enjoy your food whilst collecting autographs, photos and cuddles from your favourites. No waiting in hot lines necessary!

Special Requirements

Any special requirements? Disney prides itself on its inclusivity, and there are a large number of procedures in place to assist guests with additional needs. We can help you navigate these, and ensure every member of your party is able to enjoy the holiday they deserve. Dietary needs are also well catered for, and we can help suggest restaurants and food outlets which will best cater for you. Please visit the Special Requirements section of our website for further information.

Extra Magic

Perhaps you have a special birthday or celebration while you are away, or just want to add an extra sprinkle of Disney magic to your stay. We can help to arrange special surprises, such as flowers or gifts in your room, makeovers for the children at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, golf tee times, or spa reservations.
